Terms of Service

1. Provider & Scope

NomiaWeave is operated by ElaronWorks sp. z o.o., ul. Kalwaryjska 69/9, 30-504 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001207366, NIP 6793349283, REGON 54333337900000).

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Service Description

NomiaWeave is a baby-name discovery platform that lets users create naming projects (“weaves”), compare options, share shortlists with collaborators, and optionally receive AI-powered insights. All AI-generated content is informational and should not be treated as professional advice.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 16 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure.

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the service beyond normal use.
• Distribute malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

NomiaWeave offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

AI-insight features are subject to per-billing-period usage caps. Unused quota does not carry over.

EU consumer withdrawal rights apply where mandated by law.

5. Advertising

NomiaWeave may display advertisements (including personalised recommendations such as baby-related merchandise) to users on the free tier and lower-paid tiers. By using the service you consent to the display of such ads. Higher-tier subscription plans may include the option to disable advertisements.

We will never sell your personal data to advertisers. Ad targeting is based on aggregate, non-identifying information such as general location and product category interest.

6. Communications

We will send you transactional emails necessary for the service (e.g. sign-in links, account notifications, collaborator invitations). Marketing and promotional emails are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or through your account settings.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you input (names, notes, preferences). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for service delivery and improvement.

AI-generated outputs (insights, suggestions) are provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership over AI outputs, but we do not guarantee their uniqueness or originality.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElaronWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, abuse, fraud, or if required by law or for security reasons.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. EU consumer protections are respected regardless of governing law. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
